The YWCA Richmond Outstanding Women Awards celebration continues with our 2026 Leadership Forum Breakfast, an opportunity for our YWCA Richmond community and partners to gather for a panel discussion from past OWA alumni over light breakfast.
This year’s topic is Trailblazers: Women Leading the Way Forward, and we are very much looking forward to the thoughtful conversation.
Our panelists this year are:

• Tanya Gonzalez – Senior Policy Advisor, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation
• Aurelia Lewis – Founder, Lewis Media
The panel will be moderated by Judy Pahren who retired from Capital One.
