Chief Relations Officer (CRO)
The Chief Relations Officer (CRO) is a senior executive responsible for leading the holistic, external strategy to advance revenue growth, brand influence, impact, and long-term sustainability of YWCA Richmond. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CRO drives the organization’s integrated advancement efforts including fundraising, communications, marketing, public engagement, partnerships, and government relations strategy in alignment with the strategic plan and mission.
Working in close partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors, the CRO serves as a key architect of YWCA Richmond’s brand, a driver of sustainable and diversified revenue, and a visible leader advancing racial and gender justice locally and statewide. The CRO is a high profile role representing the CEO when necessary, at key functions, to funders, and the media.

Facilities Coordinator
Under limited supervision, the Facilities Coordinator performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance of company properties and other related duties as assigned. Maintains YWCA facilities through repairs, cleaning, improvements and general janitorial duties. Oversees supplies, maintenance, and vendors for emergency and permanent housing units under lease by the YWCA.

Advancement Positions
Director of Major Gifts & Data Systems
The Director of Major Gifts & Data Systems is a senior advancement leader and a key member of the fund development team, reporting directly to the Chief Relations Officer. This position is responsible for designing and executing YWCA Richmond’s major gifts strategy while overseeing the systems, data, and analytics that drive effective, ethical, and equity-centered
fundraising. This role advances the mission of YWCA Richmond, to empower women and eliminate racism, by cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with individual investors and by ensuring YWCA Richmond’s fundraising decisions are grounded in accurate, actionable data.
The Director manages a 125+ portfolio of major donors and prospects, partners closely with the Director of Major Gifts & Advancement Events function, and leads donor data systems, reporting, and Annual Fund performance management across the Advancement Team. This role contributes to organizational sustainability by strengthening donor pipelines, improving retention and upgrade strategies, and building systems that support transparency, accountability, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is both a relationship-driven fundraiser and a systems-oriented leader who
is comfortable managing complex donor portfolios while also designing, maintaining, and leveraging data systems to inform strategy, forecasting, and decision-making to meet agency goals.

Part-time Hotline Specialist
This position is a hybrid position consisting of working in the office and working from home. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 2PM-6PM (2-3 shifts/week). Must also be able to work between 6-18 hours on weekend shifts, evening shifts, or overnight shifts (these shifts are remote).This position requires the availability to work occasional hours between 6AM-6PM to cover current full time staffs PTO.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position directs telephone crisis response and systems of support and referral for victims/survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence by answering the EmpowerNet Hotline. Establishes and maintains effective and efficient communication strategies to ensure superior client service. Establishes care and understanding by exercising the willingness to listen carefully to each caller.

Sprout School Positions:
Regional Director of Early Childhood Education
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000
The Regional Director of Early Childhood Education provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple Sprout School locations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent program delivery across sites while supporting Center Directors in achieving excellence in curriculum, compliance, staffing, and family engagement.
The Regional Director partners closely with Sprout School leadership and YWCA Richmond’s Senior Leadership Team to drive program growth, staff development, and organizational impact.
This position plays a critical role in scaling systems, strengthening multi-site operations, and ensuring each school reflects Sprout’s mission and standards.

Center Director
The role of the Center Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of our Sprout School. The Center Director will be the primary contact with the staff and families at the school. The Center Director is responsible for delivery of a high-quality instructional program and works with the team to ensure overall operation of the school including curriculum implementation in classrooms, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, profit and loss management, and facility management.

Lead Teacher – Sprout School (Bilingual – Spanish encouraged to apply)
Salary Range: $41,000-$43,500
Creative growth is encouraged by designing a curriculum that allows each child to contribute in his or her unique way. Children, parents, teachers, and the environment form a complete circle of learning inspiring all to join in the process. The role of the Lead Teacher is to establish and maintain a safe learning environment that is cognitively stimulating, aesthetically pleasing, and fosters a child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth using a Reggio Emilia inspired approach to a child’s learning.

Summer Helpers
The Sprout Schools are seeking Summer Helpers! This is a part-time position paying $16.50/hour.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Organizing
• Office filing
• Restocking classrooms with materials
• Meal serving
• Pre-meal setup and post-meal cleanup
• Light cleaning
• Playing, reading, and entertaining children as needed
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, child-centered environment and is eager to support our team throughout the summer.
