Senior Accountant II
Salary Range: $72,000 – $90,000/year
The YWCA Richmond is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting
peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. The Senior Accountant II is a detail-oriented and
strategic accounting professional responsible for supporting the organization’s financial
operations and providing accurate and timely financial information to leadership. Reporting to
the Senior Director of Finance, this role will own the month-end close process, lead multi-system
reconciliations, and develop financial dashboards and analytics that support informed decision
making.
This is a dynamic role in which priorities and responsibilities may vary from day to day. The
ideal candidate brings equal measures of precision and strategic thinking, maintaining a high
level of accuracy while understanding how individual transactions and processes connect to
broader organizational goals. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound
judgment, accountability, and the ability to see projects through from initiation to completion.

Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services Positions:
Transitional Housing Case Manager (Full-time/Exempt)
Salary Range: $48,000 – $55,000
The Transitional Housing Case Manager provides comprehensive, trauma-informed, and
survivor-centered case management services to individuals and families participating in the
YWCA Transitional Housing Program for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
This position is responsible for supporting survivors in achieving housing stability, safety, and
long-term self-sufficiency through individualized service planning, advocacy, resource
navigation, and coordinated support services. The Case Manager works collaboratively with
internal programs and community partners to ensure participants receive holistic services that
address housing, safety, economic stability, and overall well-being.

Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager (Full-time/Exempt)
Salary Range: $48,000 – $55,000
The Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager provides comprehensive, trauma-informed, and survivor
centered case management services to individuals and families participating in the YWCA Rapid
Re-Housing Program for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
This position is responsible for supporting survivors in achieving housing stability, safety, and
long-term self-sufficiency through individualized service planning, advocacy, resource
navigation, and coordinated support services. The Case Manager works collaboratively with
internal programs and community partners to ensure participants receive holistic services that
address housing, safety, economic stability, and overall well-being.

Emergency Shelter Case Manager (Full-time/Exempt)
Salary Range: $48,000 – $55,000
The Emergency Shetler Case Manager provides comprehensive, trauma-informed, and survivor
centered case management services to individuals and families housed in the YWCA emergency
shelter program. This position is responsible for supporting survivors in achieving safety, stability, healing, and
self-sufficiency through individualized service planning, advocacy, crisis intervention, resource
coordination, and ongoing support. The Case Manager works collaboratively with internal
programs and community partners to ensure survivors receive holistic services that address
safety, housing, legal needs, healthcare, economic stability, emotional well-being, and positive
exits from shelter.

Counselor (Full-time/Exempt)
Salary Range: $52,000 – $70,000
The Counselor provides trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health services to
individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and related traumatic experiences.
The Counselor is responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, identifying
presenting concerns and treatment needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and
providing individual and/or group psychotherapy consistent with professional scope of practice
and agency standards. The Counselor utilizes clinical interventions to address trauma-related symptoms, anxiety,
depression, interpersonal concerns, emotional regulation, coping skills, and other behavioral
health needs. Services are provided within a survivor-centered, culturally responsive, strengths
based, and safety-focused framework, with attention to the impact of trauma on psychological,
emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal functioning.

Resident Services Specialist (Part-time)
Salary Range: $17 – $25/Hour
The Resident Services Specialist is a part-time position that works weeknights and weekends to
provide direct support, advocacy, and crisis intervention services to residents of the YWCA
Emergency Shelter program. This position ensures that survivors of domestic and sexual
violence and their dependents receive trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and culturally
responsive support in a safe and stable residential environment.
The Resident Services Specialist assist with intake assessments, safety planning, resource
navigation, crisis response, shelter operations, and daily support services. This role works closely
with shelter leadership, case management staff, and community partners to promote resident
safety, stability, and progress toward housing and self-sufficiency goals.

Part-time Hotline Specialist
Salary Range: $17 – $18/Hour
The part-time Hotline Specialist directs telephone crisis response and systems of support and referral for victims/survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence by answering the EmpowerNet Hotline.
This position is a hybrid position consisting of working in the office and working from home.
- The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 2PM – 6PM (2 – 3 shifts/week).
- Must also be able to work between 6 – 18 hours on weekend shifts, evening shifts, or overnight shifts (these shifts are remote).
- This position requires the availability to work occasional hours between 6AM – 6PM to cover current full time staffs PTO.

Sprout School Positions:
Center Director
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/year
The role of the Center Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of our Sprout School. The Center Director will be the primary contact with the staff and families at the school. The Center Director is responsible for delivery of a high-quality instructional program and works with the team to ensure overall operation of the school including curriculum implementation in classrooms, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, profit and loss management, and facility management.
