Office Support Specialist
Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00/hour
This position is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily business operations. This position provides independent office support assistance utilizing a full range of clerical duties including typing, data entry, filing, phone and front desk reception, maintaining supplies, sorting and delivering mail, greeting visitors when they arrive, as well as assisting and providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Volunteer Coordinator
Salary Range: $45,000 – $48,000/year
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, screening, training, placement,
supervision, and retention of volunteers supporting YWCA Domestic and Sexual Violence Services
and Sprout School Early Childhood Development programming.
This position also provides coordination and administrative support for Sprout School, a trauma
informed early childhood education program serving children and families impacted by domestic and
sexual violence and related trauma. The role ensures that both volunteer engagement and early
childhood programming align with YWCA’s commitment to survivor-centered, culturally responsive,
and equity-focused service delivery.
The Coordinator works closely with leadership across Crisis Services, Support Services, Housing
Services, Outreach and Prevention, and Early Childhood Education to ensure integrated services that
support both caregivers, children and survivors of intimate partner violence.

Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (DVSA) Services Positions:
Support Services Director
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000/year
The Support Services Director is a member of the YWCA Leadership Team and provides strategic
leadership, operational oversight, and administrative management for all Intimate Partner Violence
Support Services, including counseling, legal advocacy, community case management, and bilingual
support services.
The Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, survivor-centered, culturally
responsive services that reflect best practices in domestic and sexual violence intervention and align
with YWCA’s commitment to racial and gender equity. This position is responsible for program
development, clinical and programmatic oversight, staff leadership, grant management, fiscal
stewardship, quality assurance, data-informed decision-making, and community engagement.
The Director collaborates with community partners, government agencies, funders, and regional
coalitions to strengthen service delivery systems, improve survivor outcomes, expand access to support
services, and advance YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.

Crisis Services Director
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year
The Crisis Services Director is a member of the YWCA Leadership Team and provides strategic
leadership, operational oversight, and administrative management for all Intimate Partner Violence
Crisis Services, including the Emergency Shelter Program, EmpowerNet Regional Crisis Hotline, and
Crisis Response/On-Call Services.
The Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, survivor-centered, culturally
responsive services that prioritize survivor safety, empowerment, and access to resources. This
position is responsible for the overall effectiveness of crisis intervention services, emergency shelter
operations, staff leadership, fiscal stewardship, grant compliance, quality assurance, and continuous
program improvement.
The Director collaborates with community partners, government agencies, funders, law enforcement,
healthcare providers, and regional coalitions to strengthen crisis response systems, improve survivor
outcomes, and advance YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.

Housing Services Director
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year
As a member of the YWCA Leadership Team, the Housing Services Director provides strategic
leadership, operational oversight, and programmatic direction for all Intimate Partner Violence
Housing Services, including Rapid Re-Housing and Transitional Housing programs. This position
ensures the delivery of survivor-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based
services that align with YWCA’s mission and commitment to racial and gender equity.
The Director is responsible for program quality, staff supervision, fiscal management, grant
compliance, data-driven decision-making, and continuous program improvement. The Director works
collaboratively with community partners, government agencies, funders, and regional coalitions to
strengthen housing stability and support positive outcomes for survivors of domestic and sexual
violence.

Sprout School Positions:
Center Director
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/year
The role of the Center Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of our Sprout School. The Center Director will be the primary contact with the staff and families at the school. The Center Director is responsible for delivery of a high-quality instructional program and works with the team to ensure overall operation of the school including curriculum implementation in classrooms, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, profit and loss management, and facility management.

Lead Teacher – Sprout School (Bilingual – Spanish encouraged to apply)
Salary Range: $41,000-$43,500/year
Creative growth is encouraged by designing a curriculum that allows each child to contribute in his or her unique way. Children, parents, teachers, and the environment form a complete circle of learning inspiring all to join in the process. The role of the Lead Teacher is to establish and maintain a safe learning environment that is cognitively stimulating, aesthetically pleasing, and fosters a child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth using a Reggio Emilia inspired approach to a child’s learning.

Summer Helpers
The Sprout Schools are seeking Summer Helpers! This is a part-time position paying $15.50 – $16.50/hour.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Organizing
• Office filing
• Restocking classrooms with materials
• Meal serving
• Pre-meal setup and post-meal cleanup
• Light cleaning
• Playing, reading, and entertaining children as needed
