Grants and Data Management Coordinator
Salary: Up to $43,000 based on experience
The Grants and Data Management Coordinator will assist with researching and preparing grant proposals, and tracking and reporting results for government, corporate, private foundation, and United Way grants.

Sprout School Positions:
Lead Teacher – Sprout School (Bilingual – Spanish encouraged to apply)
Salary Range: $41,000-$43,500
Creative growth is encouraged by designing a curriculum that allows each child to contribute in his or her unique way. Children, parents, teachers, and the environment form a complete circle of learning inspiring all to join in the process. The role of the Lead Teacher is to establish and maintain a safe learning environment that is cognitively stimulating, aesthetically pleasing, and fosters a child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth using a Reggio Emilia inspired approach to a child’s learning.

Salary Range: $17.75-$20.00/hour

Internships
YWCA Richmond’s Internship Program’s mission is to maintain expertise in the field of sexual and domestic violence, nonprofit management, and child development by engaging interns in cutting-edge theory and interventions.
Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program Internships
Applications for Fall 2023-Spring 2024 internship opportunities will open in February 2023.
Advocacy and Outreach Intern
To provide theoretically-based advocacy and outreach services to the community and crisis support to victims of sexual and domestic violence.
Workforce Development Intern
To provide theoretically based advocacy and supportive services to victims of sexual and domestic violence through the EmpowerNet Hotline.
Counseling Intern
To provide theoretically evidence-based best practice counseling/therapy and advocacy services to individuals experiencing domestic and/or sexual violence.
Crisis Response Intern
To provide theoretically-based advocacy services and crisis support to victims of sexual and domestic violence through the EmpowerNet Hotline.

Domestic and Sexual Violence Internship Applications are currently closed. We will reopen the applications in February 2023. In the meantime, you can review our Internship Application. Please note we accept students that are able to complete at least two consecutive semesters and/or a summer block placement.
