OWA Leadership Forum Breakfast 2026
The YWCA Richmond Outstanding Women Awards celebration continues with our 2026 Leadership Forum Breakfast, an opportunity for our YWCA Richmond community and partners to gather for a panel discussion from past OWA alumni over light breakfast. This year’s topic is Trailblazers: Women Leading the Way Forward, and we are very much looking forward to the thoughtful conversation.
Our panelists this year are:

• Tanya Gonzalez, Senior Policy Advisor, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation
• Aurelia Lewis, Founder, Lewis Media
The panel will be moderated by Judy Pahren, OWA Class of 2014.
